The copyright of all images contained in this site is retained by the artist.

Delivery.
Artworks are packed securely and despatched within seven working days of payment, by insured courier.
If there is a delay in despatch I will notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellations.
You may cancel from the day of order and up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel you should email: gusamills@hotmail.com
I must have written notice of your cancellation. You will receive a full refund within 30 days in the same format that you paid for the goods ie:BACS, cheque
If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to me in their original condition at your own cost by insured courier. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods.
You will receive a refund provided the goods were returned undamaged to:

Returns and Refunds.
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item you may receive a full refund of your money within the guidance under Cancellations above.

Faulty Goods.
Please check the condition of your purchase(s) when delivered and email: gusamills@hotmail.com within 24 hours if damage is discovered.
Please keep all original packaging and take digital photographs if possible, as this may be required to make a claim with DHL or other courier. Your matter will be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
I will arrange for any faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.
